Hello Lifectioners ,

I am back with an ironical title this point 😋 !

My summer vacations ended the previous week.

( I KNOW...I KNOW....all the people studying in DU and IP are going to be like - SO SOON ?!?!?!....what the .......Hell .!..)

But ya! that is the reality.

We people are out of our daydreams...

~ no more late lazy mornings....( unless its Sunday or a perk day - Holiday )

~ no more extreme late nights ( or should I re-formulate my sentence and write - no more waking till the morning because i do not think so anyone consider 5 a.m as night-time )

........ and that i can write an extended `no-more` list !!

It's time to face an enormous problem -----> awaken EARLY!

I don't skills many of you'll accept as true with it except for me, it's difficult ( most of the time ).

I always thought college life will solve this problem but apparently, I had a special path to steer on anyway.

So, to repeat, since my holidays are over and it is time to focus and work again i assumed to write down something which can help us to stay our brain fresh and constructive.

DON'T SHARE

This night-owl was thinking what should be the subject of my blog while i used to be during a movie hall.

and I got one ! ( NOT inspired from the movie...but later )

so there was a tremendous movie

there was a subject

movie topic

topic movie

Result ??

NOTHING.

Missed some movie

Didn't hold onto any topic.

Lesson Learnt --- DON'T SHARE - don't share your brain and check out to multi-task

DON'T SHARE

DO NOT MULTI-TASK

Once in an interview, the interviewer asked the guy

" If you've got your exams 2 weeks after and you've got a marathon to host 12 days before your exams.

What will you do? what is going to be your planning? How will you tackle this situation? "

DON'T SHARE

He, with immense confidence and a bright look on his face, answered, "Sir, i will be able to specialise in the marathon during the day and study within the evening or night. Probably i will be able to sleep less, but that's not a problem since i would like to achieve something which holds importance in my life ".

The interviewers were impressed by his confidence.

                                                            HE GOT REJECTED !

But why ...?

What answer did they expect...?

The answer they wanted to concentrate to was...

"Sir, i will be able to specialise in the marathon first. Work on its arrangement the entire day. i do know are going to be ready to |i'll"> i will be able to not be able to study in those days because my mind will be busy with the marathon. albeit I attempt to study, my mind won't be that productive. i will be able to attempt to finish my marathon assignment soon but not within the expense of its quality and when the marathon is over then only i will be able to specialise in my examination and study."

Even if we consider multi-tasking very normal, it isn't healthy!

Your brain can lift much load but why to load it thereto extent?

We get a sort of satisfaction once we multi-task...don't we?

It seems like we finished tons of labor at an equivalent time but the truth is that if we did work on one project at a time..it would have taken less time.

Combining all...We will be ready to finish it sooner therein way!

We multitask repeatedly during a day. JUST NOTICE. don't stop multi-tasking that day. JUST NOTICE.

and therefore the next day, STOP! attempt to take things one at a time.

and to try to to so...apply the "PRIORITY AND STRIKE METHOD"

According to the research within the world's leading companies like Microsoft and Apple, they apply the concept of creating an inventory of all the things-to-do in accordance to the priority and importance of the work, then they select the TOP-3 activities of the list and cross off the remainder .

So what we need to do is very simple :-

DON'T SHARE

1. Make a quick list of the items you would like to try to to .

2. Highlight 3 of them which you are feeling , consistent with your analysis, are the foremost important.

3. Work on them one-by-one.

And before starting anything, whether an uneventful subject, or cleaning your room, settling something out, NEVER THINK NEGATIVE.

DO NOT DEVELOP NEGATIVE THOUGHTS BEFORE YOU BEGIN.

Thinking about how boring the topic or activity or work or ahm...the person is...

will not only decrease your enthusiasm but signal your brain within the wrong direction.

Even if you are feeling the thing is boring or not worthwhile ...TRY to think positive.

THINK POSITIVE. DEVELOP GOOD THOUGHTS VOLUNTARILY.

Even if you feel the thing is boring or not worth it....TRY to think positive.
Actually , THINK POSITIVE. DEVELOP GOOD THOUGHTS VOLUNTARILY.

DON'T SHARE

Act like it is your most favourite activity. Take interest.

Dedicate some time . Make yourself feel that you simply are dedicating some time not wasting it.

Trust me! This helps tons .

We all have this type of activities or subjects to review .

Do not get on your phone while studying. don't study once you are on your phone.

ENJOY once you ARE ENJOYING.

Do not consider your work then. you'll specialise in it later.

Try the press AND STOP therapy mentioned in my first blog if you can't stop yourself from thinking so.(http://lifectionery.blogspot.com/2017/05/be-blank.html )

Although multi-tasking may be a trend, it isn't worthwhile .

SO JUST APPLY THE FUNDA FROM TODAY

`DO NOT SHARE 😇`
