Healthy People are the Best
Hello Lifectioners,
We’re sure, good dental hygiene isn’t in the front of your minds in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic, but this could quickly change with a sudden painful cavity. Each tooth in your mouth is like a diamond so we bring to you the 5 Basic Tips to preserve your teeth this lockdown.
Tip 1: The Power of a Toothbrush
As soon as you get up in the morning and before you go to bed at night, brush for at least 2 minutes for proper cleansing of all the tooth surfaces. Post brushing, Rinse the toothbrush well so that all residues come off, give it a good shake to remove excess water, and then store it upright in a cup or holder so that it's not touching any other toothbrush.Since most of us don’t know the correct brushing technique, we suggest that you follow the given video since quarantine is the best time to learn something new.

Tip 3: Hydrate to Sustain
Your body needs a lot of water to produce enough saliva to maintain proper oral health. Saliva acts as a protective fluid and washes away excess food particles, old skin cells and bacteria that reduce the risk of tooth decay. Make it a habit to gargle with warm saline water every day.
Tip 5: Attention!
